November 27-29, the annual global battery industry event-ABEC 2019, the 7th China international summit on the new battery energy industry, was held in Jintang district, Jiangsu province. The forum was organized by ABEC organizing committee, Zhongguancun new Battery Technology Innovation Alliance, battery hundred people Association, Jiangsu province Jintan Economic Development Zone Management Committee, co-organized by Hive Energy Technology Co., Ltd..

On November 28, ABEC 2019 lecture session ended successfully: 30 speakers from China, USA, UK, Japan, South Korea and other countries participated, who discussed the state of the industry, safety and new technological solutions in the battery industry.

At this event, Wang Qingsheng made a presentation on “Development of solid-state lithium battery technology and development of key lithium-ion polymer battery technologies”, discussed the problems and current shortcomings of solid-state batteries and their solutions, as well as polymer batteries with organic-inorganic composite separator, phase separation of porous electrodes, mesh current collector and other technological applications that solve battery safety problems and increase the shelf life.

Professor Wang Qingsheng and director of the Russian-Chinese research Institute of new energy materials and technology, was awarded the title of “Chief Technology Officer” of China battery industry.

The reasons for the victory:

Wang Qingsheng, born in 1972, PhD in materials science and materials technology, graduated from Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. He is part of the project “Million people” to promote innovation in China. National leading scientific and technical specialist, national talent of the international level, national expert of the Institute of the Ministry of science and technology, expert, special assessment, new energy; Professor at Harbin Polytechnic University, Professor at Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University. President of Sino-Russia New Energy and Material Technology Research Institute; head of the Center. More than 20 years of in-depth research of lithium-ion polymer batteries and related technologies, completed the development and production of porous polymer lithium-ion batteries, invented the organo-inorganic composite ceramic separator, preparation of phase-separated porous electrode, the technology of combining with a mesh current collector; participated in the research and development of high-energy cathode materials triple structure NCM.

Research experience: Research and analysis of thermoelectric chemical properties of materials; research on modification of materials by high temperature spheroidization and surface treatment; development and research of high anode and cathode materials for lithium ion battery; development and application of organic and inorganic ceramic composite isolation film and development of diaphragm phase separation equipment (won a number of invention patents); development and engineering of safety system for porous electrode preparation, solid electrolyte and quasi-solid polymer lithium ion power battery; research and development of 3D printing materials for glass carbon alloy and titanium-based alloy powder.

In recent years, Wang Qingsheng has published dozens of works, received 36 patents, contracted with the 863 National Commission, the National development and reform Commission, the Ministry of science and technology, the provincial Department of science and technology on a number of major issues, received a number of honorary titles, received the third prize for national science and technology innovation, the first prize for scientific and technological progress of provincial small and medium enterprises, the second prize for municipal science and technology.

The team, led by Wang Qingsheng of the Russian-Chinese research Institute of new energy materials and technology, has been dedicated to advanced technology in the new energy industry, helping enterprises solve technical problems, has become a technology center at home and abroad.
